Terms of Service
GENERAL
‣ I have the right to decline commission requests if I don't think I can make it well enough on your request or for any other reason.
‣ I am allowed to post the commission artworks on my social media unless otherwise discussed. If you want a private commission, let me know beforehand please.
‣ Commissioner is only purchasing the digital file.
‣ Commissioner have rights to post their commission artwork, please credit me if you do. They also can use their commission artwork as an icon / wallpaper / print it for no profit and other personal use is allowed.
‣ I do not use your commission for profit.
‣ The commission artwork is not allowed to be used to train artificial intelligence or any other use related to artificial intelligence.PAYMENT
‣ No refunds on finished commission or once I have started and the rough sketch approved.
‣ Once all details are sorted out I will give you the price quote.
‣ I accept 100% prepayment via Paypal Invoice or e-transfer (Canada).
‣ I will start working on your commission after full payment received.
‣ Feel free to tell me about any necessary corrections while it's still a sketch. Only minor changes will be accepted after that.
‣ Drastic changes will cost extra.
COMMERCIAL USE
‣ Inform me first of your project (book, game, vtuber, merch etc)
‣ For Illustrations used for promotional purposes the commercial price is x2
‣ For sellable merch the commercial price is x3DEADLINES
IMPORTANT NOTE: making commission art is not my main job. I make it when I have energy on my free time from main job. Please kindly look for another artist if you have an urgent request and can't wait, thank you for your patience and understanding.
‣ The commission can take from a few weeks to several months depending on how complex your commission request is, how long my waitlist is or any unforeseen circumstances: sickness etc.
‣ If there is no deadline, be patient and ready to wait please. Thank you.
‣ Do not message me everyday. If you have a deadline, tell me beforehand please.
‣ I cannot draw a full illustration in 1 days.
‣ The extra fees to get the commission done by a deadline start from 50% of the quoted price. The price will depends on deadline and complexity of your commission.‣ For Novel Fanart: if I have not read the novel yet, I will read it first for your commission and then start working, it can take a time so be patient please.English is not my native language and I am sorry if I make mistakes. The simpler you explain what do you want, the better. Thank you!

WAITLIST
‣ Fill out the commission form and send it to email if you want be added to Waitlist.
‣ I don't accept prepayment from Waitlist.
‣ Waitlist Slots are guaranteed a commission slot the next time one opens up.
‣ After discussing your commission I will add you to Waitlist and notify in advanced before commissions open again.
‣ Please note the prices may change in the future!IMPORTANT: wait time for an open slot may vary between few weeks, months and up to several years or may never open again. I will only send you a notification if I open a slot, feel free to decline if you don't want it anymore, want to be removed from a waitlist or keep your spot on a waitlist and be notified next time the slot is open. More likely Simple Style slots will be open from time to time; Illustration slots may never open again.
